- 80 g. arrow-root
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (sweet version) or 1.5 tablespoon umebosis (salty version)
- 50 cl. rice or oats milk
- 25 cl. water
- 2 tablespoons almond puree
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt pinch
- vanilla powder
