Maintain and unclog pipes (sink, washbasin, bathtub) without chemicals…
– baking soda
– white vinegar
– boiling water
– suction cup (if piping is very clogged)
If the piping is very clogged and the water is stagnant in the sink (or tub), make a back and forth movement with the suction cup to push the plug.
Dirt will go up a bit.
Bail stagnant water.
Wait for the water to drain gradually, ideally until the water level is no longer visible.
Put 1 cup (250 ml.) of white vinegar into the pipe first.
Put 1 cup of baking soda in the pipe (a large portion will stay on edge).
Bring the baking soda in, pouring boiling water (softly to release the gas from a chemical reaction between the white vinegar and the baking soda, which makes a lot of foam).
Stop when the water runs out of the drain hole.
Leave the product in a few minutes.
To use the suction cup again, pour boiling water first.
Repeat the steps as many times as necessary!
Remember to do this maintenance once a month in preventive cleaning!
