A tasty gluten-free and vegan crumble with strawberries and apples!
Apple, lemon, strawberry and cinnamon flavors combined in a crumble in soft cooking!
Butter-free and gluten-free … for even more benefits for the body!
– 75 g. rice flour
– 75 g. pecans, hazelnuts or cashews
– 50 g. whole sugar or coconut sugar
– 90 g. almond puree
– 6 apples
– 50 g. strawberries (optional but very good and very pretty!)
– 1 lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
Homemade recipe preparation
Seed and cut the apples into small pieces and steam for 7 minutes.
Grind the pecans, flour and sugar together in a blender.
Prepare the crumble paste by mixing the powder obtained with the almond puree.
When the apples are cooked, spread them in an oven dish.
Add the cut strawberries in small pieces.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sprinkle the crumble paste on the fruits.
Preheat the oven to 90°C/194°F and cook gently for 30 minutes.
You may replace the apples with other fruits (red fruits, pears, peaches … depending on the season), and cinnamon with vanilla, lemon with orange …
